Our Story
A tradition of electric off-road vehicle leadership to make a better planet
origin
We were founded in 1969 in Eindhoven, Netherlands. A city known for engineering, innovation and creativity, the home of DAF Trucks, Phillips Electrical Systems and many technology start ups. In 2015 we launched our first 4x4 electric vehicle technologies with a focus on demanding users in the toughest conditions. We rapidly became a world leader with partners in over 50 countries worldwide.
Expansion
In 2020 we were acquired by Vivo Power, a NASDAQ listed sustainable energy business and we grew significantly. Our 4×4 electric technologies continued to prove their worth in the most demanding conditions.
From the frozen Arctic to the blazing deserts, from the top of the world in Norway to deep under ground in Ireland, our engineering, vehicles and world class team earned a reputation for reliability and safety.
Today
Today, our design centres in Eindhoven, London and Melbourne manage a global network of partners to build our award-winning Tembo Tusker 100% electric utes. Continuing our legacy of technology leadership and smart production to create high performing and affordable vehicles.
